Aquisition is a 100% total small business set-aside. Applicable NAICS is 236220 - Commercial and Institutional Building Construction. The SBA size standard for this NAICS is $45.0M. C. IAW FAR 36.204, the magnitude of this project is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. D. Vendors shall complete blocks 14, 15, 17 (if applicable), 19 (if any amendments sent), and 20 A-C of this form. E. Vendors are required to be in an 'Active' status in SAM.gov at time of proposal submission IAW FAR 52.204-7. See Statement of Work for additional information.
