This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 1232SA25Q0698 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-05. This solicitation is set-aside for Small Business. The applicable NAICS Code for this procurement is 335210, Small Electrical Appliance Manufacturing with a business size of 1,500 Employees. The USDA, Agricultural Research Service has a need to purchase a BRL Building 3 Humidifier with Options of Site Preparation and Install for Charleston, South Carolina. The Government intends to award a firm fixed price purchase order. The requirements are in further detail in the attached Requirements Documents. In order to be considered for award, Offerors shall respond by addressing all of the requirements in the Request for Quotation (RFQ).
