This is a solicitation/request for quote to provide all labor, materials, equipment, supplies, supervision, and transportation needed to complete an AHU Chiller Coil Replacement for USDA ARS in Ithica, NY. All work shall be done in accordance with (IAW) the terms and conditions, drawings, statement of work (SOW) and other attachments set forth in the RFQ. IAW FAR 36.204 the estimated magnitude of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. Completion shall be 60 days after award. Dept. of Labor General Decision #NY20250051 dated 8/8/2025 is applicable to this contract.
