Solicitation to provide all labor, materials, equipment, supplies, supervision, and transportation needed to complete replacement of asbestos floors and any work done under exercised options for USDA ARS in St. Paul, MN. All work shall be done in accordance with (IAW) the terms and conditions, drawings, statement ofwork (SOW) and other attachments set forth in the RFQ. IAW FAR 36.204 the estimated magnitude of this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. Completion shall be 180 days after issuance of the notice to proceed (NTP). Bonds are required within 10 days after award. Dept. of Labor General Decision #MN20250088 dated 6/13/2025 is applicable to this contract.
