This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Offerors are required to complete in full FAR Provision 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Products and Commercial Services (DEVIATION), with their quotation online at SAM: www.sam.gov.
