The SOW and Specifications are written for constructing concrete containment structures around oil filled electrical transformers. There is NOT a mandatory site visit to attend. Please see paragraph L.6. All RFI questions pertaining to this project must be submitted in writing to the POC (david.hildebrand@usda.gov) of this solicitation. Responses to RFI questions will only be posted on sam.gov. To ensure a response, questions must be submitted by 4:00 PM July 29th, 2025. Questions submitted after July 29th until proposals are due may not receive a response.
