This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested. The solicitation number is 1232SA25Q0340 and is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document incorporates those provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-05 date 08/07/2025. The associated NAICS Code is 334516 and the Small Business Size Standard is 1,000 employees. This is a unrestricted procurement, with no set aside. The USDA, Agricultural Research Service, has a requirement for Containerized BSL-2 Laboratory. The Government intends to award a firm fixed price purchase order. The requirements are further detail in the attached Requirements Document.
