In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 36.204 the magnitude of this construction project is between $100,000 and $250,000. USDA will issue a Firm Fixed Price Construction purchase order. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) Number 2025-04 dated 06/11/2025. The requirement is set aside as a total small business. The NAICS code is 237110 and the size standard is $39.5M. Completion timeframe for the resulting purchase order is 60 days after notice to proceed. Potential quoters are responsible for monitoring this site for any amendments. All quoters shall be registered with the System for Award Management Registration per FAR Clause 52.204-7 and 52.204-8. No paper copies of the solicitation will be mailed and telephone requests will not be honored. System updates may lag policy updates.
