This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. The USDA, Agricultural Research Service in Stoneville, MS requires replacement of existing boilers and pumps in Bldg. 5 and 6. In accordance with the procedures in FAR Part 5 and 12, this Request for Quote (RFQ), number 1232SA25Q0200, is available through electronic commerce via the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov. This RFQ is being issued under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 332410 – Power Boiler and Heat Exchanger Manufacturing. The applicable small business size standard is 750 employees. The resulting purchase order will be a firm-fixed price type with installation no later than ninety (90) calendar days after the date of the contract award. All deliveries shall be made FOB Destination to the location specified in the contract. The resulting award will include one (1) line item as listed below: Line Item 0001 – Supply and install the following boilers and pumps in accordance with the Statement of Work. Quantity: 4 EA, Lochnivar Model #CHN1262 Boiler- Brand Name or Equal Quantity: 2 EA, Bell and Gossett Pumps Model #E616T- Brand Name or Equal Quantity: 2 EA, Bell and Gossett Pumps Model #E619T- Brand Name or Equal This solicitation document incorporates those provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-03 dated January 17, 2025 (Attachment 1). Vendors are required to be active and registered in the System for Award Management at www.sam.gov when submitting a quote and at time of award (FAR 52.204-7(b)(1). A site visit is scheduled for July 1, 2025, 10:00 AM Central Time. Vendors interested in attending the site visit must notify the Contracting Officer at osvaldo.rodriguez@usda.gov by 10:00 A.M. Eastern Time on June 30, 2025, to be added to the approved list. The final day for question submissions is July 2, 2025, 10:00 AM Eastern Time.
