This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 1232SA25Q0114 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-03. This solicitation is set-aside for Small Business. The applicable NAICS Code for this procurement is 811310, Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (except Automatic and Electronic) Repair and Maintenance with a business size of $12.5 Million. The USDA, Agricultural Research Service, Plains Area has a need to purchase a Repair of Two Radiators on Standby Generators for Ft. Pierce, Florida. The Government intends to award firm fixed price purchase order. The requirements are in further detail in the attached Requirements Documents.
