Description/Statement of Work/Specification: Custom Lactating Cow Mineral mix (5 tons) 208356 Drake Ave., Stratford, WI 54484 Date(s) and place(s) of delivery and acceptance: USDA ARS 208356 Drake Ave., Stratford, WI 54484 Period of Performance is one year from the date of award. This requirement shall be FOB Destination. FAR Provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial, is incorporated by reference and applies to this acquisition.
