This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This combined synopsis/solicitation 1232SA24Q0030 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This combined synopsis/solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-01. NAICS for this procurement is: 611310 – Colleges, Universities and Professional Schools, Size Standard $34.5M Communication Regarding this Solicitation: The Government reserves the right to cancel this combined synopsis/solicitation at any time. The vendor shall submit quotes via email to Katelyn.nelson@usda.gov with a subject line of “Quote: 1232SA24Q0030”, for receipt no later than 3:00 pm EST, Tuesday, 23 January 2024. Only those quotes received by this date and time will be considered for award. Submission of the quote that does not contain all items requested below may result in elimination from consideration for award. Responses must include the following items: The company name POC Name, email address, telephone number RFQ number Vendor UEI number. In addition, the quote should address the elements of the Statement of Word (Attachment 0001).
