Work for this project requires the contractor to be responsible for supplying all labor, materials, equipment, utilities, miscellaneous items, freight and delivery and all necessary valid licenses for the work summarized as follows: Prep, patch, and repair any holes, cracks, or damages to wall area in the Lobby, Executive Conference Room 204C, 204B Executive Office, 205 Area, Hallway, 207 Area, 208 Area, 209 Area, and the Director’s Bathroom. Paint with low voc paint and match the existing color in the Lobby, Executive Conference Room 204C, 204B Executive Office, 205 Area, Hallway, 207 Area, 208 Area, 209 Area, and the Director’s Bathroom. Remove and replace the carpet tile with new carpet tile to match the carpet in in the Lobby, 205 Area, Hallway, 207 Area, 208 Area, 209 Area, and the Director’s Bathroom. Repair hole in drop ceiling metal frame in the Executive Conference Room 204C.
