The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), National Agricultural Library (NAL), has a requirement to procure 2nd and 3rd Hallway Abatement and VTC tile replacement in the National Agricultural Library. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.
