The NASS NOD Print Mail Center requires the acquisition of two Ricoh Pro high-speed printers configured with the features and finishing units in section 3.0 to replace three Ricoh Pro high-speed printers coming off lease June 10, 2023. The purchase of these units will provide the updated technology and equipment required to meet operational needs. In addition, NASS currently owns and utilizes peripheral finishing equipment to include folders, trimmers and bookletmaker that is only compatible with Ricoh production printers. NASS requires the purchase of a Ricoh Pro 8320s (black and white) and a Ricoh Pro C7210s (color, black and white) to replace the end of lease equipment and operate in conjunction with NASS owned Ricoh compatible finishing units. NASS requires the Contractor has a local presence to ensure operational status of the equipment is maintained.
