The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), National Agricultural Statistics Service (NASS), has the need to acquire a venue that can provide hotel accommodations, meeting space, audio visual service and equipment, and Breakfast, Lunch and Light refreshments for their 2022 Community Based Organization (CBO) workshop. The event will be held for three (3) days in San Antonio, Texas. The workshop will include approximately 80-90 participants each day. The NAICS Code for this requirement is 721110 - Hotels (except Casino Hotels) and Motels $35.00 Million The contractor shall provide hotel accommodations and services for the USDA/NASS CBO Workshop per the attached solicitation 1232SA22R0023. The quote should include a firm fixed price (FFP) format. Quotes are requested to be sent electronically to Sabrina.Brown@usda.gov NLT 4:00 PM EST, Wednesday, May 25, 2022.
