The Economic Research Services (ERS) is a Federal agency within Us Department of Agriculture (USDA). ERS provides Agricultural Economic Research and policy services that address issues at the forefront of domestic and global concerns. ERS's Agricultural Trade Multipliers are a data prouct that provides annual estimates of the employment and output effects of trade in farm and food products on the U.S Economy. In accordance with FAR 6.302-1 and 41 USC (c)(1), the service needed by the USDA is available from only one responsible source and no other type of service will satisfy the needs of the USDA/ERS. This notice is not a request for competitive quotations. No solicitation document is available and telephone requests will not be honored. Any firm that believes it can provide the services listed above may submit substantiating documentation in writing to the identified point of contact. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determininng whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. A determination not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the Government.
