This notice is for informational purposes only and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government. Vendors that believe they can provide the services listed above are invited to submit substantiating documentation in writing to the identified point of contact. This procurement will be processed pursuant to FAR part 12 and Part 13.5. No solicitation will be issued. Information received will be considered solely for the purposes of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. A determination by the Government to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the Government. Responses are to be received within 10 days of this notice. No telephone calls are being accepted. The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), National Agricultural Statistics Services (NASS), intends to negotiate and award on a Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition (JOFOC) basis. A purchase order will be one-year firm-fixed price (plus three one additional 1-year option period) awarded to Cisions Inc. The National Agricultural Statistical Services renewal of its subscription to media and monitoring distribution services immediate, full, un-embargoed IP authenticated, perpetual electronic access via the Internet for all NASS USDA users to the full content of specified services, software and content. Because this is an ongoing annual requirement, option year(s) will be built into this award. Cisions provides access to blogs, bloggers and Influencer Search functionality; Email Campaigns, HARO within Cision Communication Cloud, News OnDemand: Online, AP & LexisNexis Print Monitoring North America, News OnDemand Royalty Fee, News OnDemand: Upgrade to International monitoring, News OnDemand: Streams, Analytics: Automatic Toning, Social Media Monitoring: Up to 120,000 results per year, Analytics: Advanced with Prominence Reporting, Additional Concurrent User(s), Cision Comms Cloud – Custom Fields. The anticipated date of award will be on or about: 01/21/2020.
