This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; “quotations” are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This solicitation is a "request for quotation" (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and USDA Acquisition Regulations (AGAR). This solicitation is 100% set aside for Small Business. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 541611 Administrative Management and General Management Consulting Services with a small business size standard of $15 Million. The USDA/FNCS is seeking vendors to: PROVIDE MONITORING AND PROGRAM SUPPORT FOR THE COMMODITY LETTER OF CREDIT (CLOC) AND CASH IN LIEU OF COMMODITY SITES FOR NATIONAL SCHOOL LUNCH PROGRAM (NSLP) pursuant to the below Performance Work Statement (PWS). All responsible sources may submit a response which, if timely received, must be considered by the agency. All interested companies shall provide quotation(s) for the requirement as outlined in the attached detailed RFQ. This solicitation is a commercial item, performance based, firm fixed price contract. The solicitation shall be conducted under FAR Part 12 in conjunction with FAR Part 13 procedures.
