This procurement is for the replacement of specialized sowing line equipment at the Lucky Peak National Nursery and a component at the Toumey National Nursery. The Government anticipates a sole source award to Bouldin & Lawson LLC, as these are replacement parts for their specific machinery. However, concerns with the expertise to provide these items or approved alternate parts are invited to submit offers. Alternate parts are authorized if they meet all form, fit, function, and configuration requirements of the original. All parts must be new and approved.
