The purpose of this announcement is to obtain market research for planning purposes only regarding vendors who are capable of providing and evaluating Off?Gas Toxicity testing of fire shelter material. The vendor will be required to provide test apparatuses, expertise to accurately operate the tests, collect and submit gas samples for gas chromatography?mass spectroscopy (GC/MS) analysis. The vendor shall provide data analysis reports for all materials and components submitted for testing as specified in 5100?615A, “Protocol for Evaluating Off?Gas Toxicity of Fire Shelter Material”. *See attachment
