The United States Department of Agriculture, Office of Chief Financial Officer has a requirement for a venue that can hold training sessions to host 500 – 550 plus participants from July 9-11, 2020 in Washington DC. A Plenary Session Room that can hold 500 plus is needed with classroom style seating, 3 additional rooms are needed with a maximal capacity of 180 to hold concurrent Breakout Sessions with classroom style seating as well. Need 2 additional rooms for storage of equipment and materials. These rooms should be furnished with tables and chairs to accommodate workspace for conference planners. Please see the enclosed SOW for the complete requirements. The solicitation is issued as Full and Open. Prospective contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at www.sam.gov. Quotes are due by 5:00 PM (ET) on Thursday, March 12, 2020.
