The purpose of this solicitation is to acquire, on an as-needed basis, under a single-award Delivery Order with Options (DOWO) PDF Suite License Software Maintenance solution. Maintenance renewals and upgrades on this DOWO shall be available to all USDA agencies regardless of original origin of purchase. This solicitation is specifically set-aside for 8(a) Tribal and Alaska Native Corporations only. The USDA is currently seeking a PDF Software Suite and Maintenance solution. USDA currently uses Adobe PDF software and all items listed in this solicitation reference current Adobe products. This is a brand name or equal solicitation and alternatives to Adobe will be considered. Pricing must include any transition costs that would occur from implementing a PDF solution other than Adobe, and those prices will be considered in the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable decision.
