DESCRIPTION OF WORK PROPOSED The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) seeks to on-ramp additional vendors onto the STRATUS Pool 2 BOAs to obtain integration and development services including managed services. The Contractor shall perform all activities required to meet the requirements identified in the Statement of Objectives. The ordering period for the BOA is 10 years from date of initial BOA award. The expiration date of any subsequent on-ramp BOAs will align with the initial BOA expiration date, which would result in a BOA term for the remaining BOA ordering period. The expiration date of any agreements obtained through an on-ramp activity is April 9, 2034. The performance period for all orders placed against this BOA shall not exceed five (5) years from the completion of the ordering period. REQUEST FOR QUOTE This solicitation is a Request for Quotes being issued under NAICS code 541512 (size standard $34.0M), Computer Systems Design Services. Quotes shall be submitted in accordance with the RFQ requirements and submitted by the date indicated in this announcement. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Copies of this solicitation are available by INTERNET ACCESS ONLY. All solicitation documents are posted with this announcement and made available for viewing on SAM.gov. Any amendments to the RFQ (if required) will be posted on SAM.gov. Interested parties are reminded that they are responsible for checking SAM.gov for new information concerning this requirement. Any communications with the Government from the date of this RFQ through BOA issuance shall be directed in writing to the Contracting Officer (CO), Christine Wallace, at Christine.Wallace@usda.gov. System for Award Management (SAM) Requirements: Offerors must be registered in the SAM database. If registration is not complete by the required time, the Offeror will not be eligible for award.
