The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Food and Nutrition Service (FNS), Office of Financial Management (OFM) seeks a qualified contractor team for support and enhancements of the Food Programs Reporting System (FPRS) and National Databank (NDB). The contractor shall, at a high level: • Provide technical assistance to all users of the FPRS and NDB systems • Correct any deficiencies in the current software • Make software updates/upgrades to the current software and applicable manuals as mandated by the FNS Office of Financial Management, Program Data Branch (PDB) or the FNS Office of Information Technology (OIT) Information Security Division (ISD).
