The objective of this PWS is to provide technical support services for the delivery of consistent, modern, and cost-effective business solutions for FSA and other agencies that FSA partners with today and in the future. The primary scope will include technical services such as: requirements determination; analysis; design; configuration; construction; unit, and integration testing; deployment support; maintenance support; and production support of existing and new custom, COTS, or hybrid systems, hereafter referred to as Farm Programs (FP) Systems, to support IT projects authorized as follows: ? AGRICULTURE IMPROVEMENT ACT OF 2018 (Farm Bill) and future farm bills: New farm programs or changes to existing farm programs systems will be identified and implemented and technical support for these will be required by this PWS. ? AD HOC LEGISLATION: There is the potential that in addition to the work related to Farm Bill, other legislation will be passed requiring implementation of new programs or changes to existing programs.
