A new RFI document has been added that also includes the updated October 31, 20022 at 12 Noon EST closing date** -United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), The Office of Customer Experience (OCX): Design Support Services -The purpose of this Statement of Work (SOW) is to create and make available CX Design Support Service Team(s) that will work across USDA as needed. The primary focus of this team will be to work with USDA stakeholders to put the customers at the center and make sure the customer’s needs are being implemented and infused when planning and implementing solutions (i.e. planning, operational, policy, technology). -Attached is the Request for Information (RFI)
