The following must be submitted for a quote to be considered: 1) Quote must contain a list of all required items including description and part numbers; 2) Unit, extended and total price for all items; 3) DUNS; 5) Shipping terms. The Government plans on issuing a single firm-fixed price delivery order to the offeror whose quote is the lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA).
