USDA and The National Finance Center (NFC) is seeking interested parties in providing a Time and Attendance Solution to match the requirements as posted in this Request for Information. This T&A System must allow for the NFC to continue to operate as a shared service provider to other Federal Agencies in their payroll operations, while also meeting the latest regulatory requirements within the Federal Government and industry. The Government will allow for interested parties to propose questions, as the due date is listed within the RFI and a vendor question matrix is attached.
