USDA Office of Chief Financial Officer (OCFO) is requesting vendors respond to the attached sources sought for SAP Intelligent Enterprise Suite Transformation (S/4 HANA Upgrade). The attached document provides the basis for USDA next generation upgrade of it’s SAP Enterprise Platform which is expected to have end of life in 2027. USDA is preparing for this end of life, by looking into options for future service, infrastructure, hosting, and support providers. As detailed by this Sources Sought, this will be an extremely large engagement over many phases and years. All costs cannot be projected at this time without more information from the government and potentially the environment at that time, but the Government is requesting potential offerors make every attempt to provide best estimates based on current market conditions. The Government is expecting extensive questions on this, so please submit any questions as soon as possible. In order to be considered for further conversations and pre-solicitation discussions, the Government is requesting vendors submit a written response based on the sources sought requirements in the attachments. This RFQ deadline is hereby extended to 5:00 pm EST on Monday, March 1, 2021.
