The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), USDA, Office of the Assistant Secretary for Civil Rights (OASCR) has a requirement for contract attorneys to assist in the adjudication of program civil rights complaints, including reviewing Reports of Investigation (ROI) for legal sufficiency and preparing Final Agency Decisions (FAD)based on the merits of the complaint’s case. ** New RFQ closing date/time of Wednesday July 21, 2021 @ 12:00 Noon EST. The purpose of amendment 2 is to increase contract attorneys from two (2) to four (4).
