NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE PROCUREMENT Enterprise Application Services Bridge Contract There will be no written solicitation issued. This is an intent to purchase a sole source procurement under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, titled “Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.” This will be a Labor-Hour Contract employing Contracting by Negotiating procedures in FAR Part 15. The period of performance is one 3-month base period with five 1-month option periods.
