Notice of Solicitation and Award of Sole Source Procurement under FAR Part 13.106-1 to OpenConnect Systems Inc for software maintenance and support renewal of existing WebConnect software. Contractor is to provide software maintenance/support for 12 months. The Government has negotiated directly with OpenConnect and the Limited Source Justification is attached to this notice. A determination not to compete this requirement is within the discretion of the Government. This notice is for informational purposes only. No contract will be awarded on the basis of offers received in response to this notice.
