Sole Source justification is attached to this notice. In accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302?1, the Government has negotiated directly with Implan Group LLC. A determination not to compete this requirement is within the discretion of the Government. This notice is for information only. It is neither a request for proposals nor a solicitation for offers.
