This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Simplified Acquisition Procedures are being utilized for this requirement. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. See restrictions below for brand name only, brand name justification is attached. The solicitation number is 12314419Q0036 and shall be referenced on all quotes and is issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-96. All future information about this acquisition including solicitation amendments will also be distributed solely through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure that they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. This solicitation is being issues with no set-aside based on market research and past solicitations for the same requirement. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 511210, Software Publishers, with a small business size standard of $38.5M. Interested parties are required to submit quotes by the closing date and time identified within this posting. The Government plans to award a single Firm Fixed Price award. Quotes will be evaluated, and award issued to the vendor whose quote is determined to be the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (all items must meet the brand name requirement). Attached to this RFQ is the list of software that is to be renewed. The applicable SAP Customer number is 7500990. The period of performance for the software renewal is 4/25/2019-4/24/2020. For a quote to be considered responsive it must include, at a minimum, the following: 1) Product description, product code/part number, unit price, extended price; 2) DUNS Number; 3) solicitation number; 4) Payment terms No physical delivery is expected, electronic delivery information will be provided to successful offeror.
