Notice of Solicitation and Award of Sole Source Procurement under FAR Part 13.106-1 to Bibliotheca LLC for software/equipiment subscription/support of existing RFID Detection/File Tracking System. Contractor is to provide software and handheld equipment support for 12 months. The Government has negotiated directly with Bibliotheca LLC and the Limited Source Justification is attached to this notice. A determination not to compete this requirement is within the discretion of the Government. This notice is for informational purposes only. No contract will be awarded on the basis of offers received in response to this notice.
