The Contractor shall provide the full gamut of legal services for employment-related litigation in accordance with EEOC Initial Orders, MSPB Acknowledgement Orders and USDA regulations. The scope of the resultant contract may include employment-related legal services for all USDA and USDA agencies. The Contractor shall be responsible for project management for this effort including, but not limited to: Meetings, PWS performance standards and deadlines established by the jurisdictions/tribunals.
