SOLICITATION PERIOD: A request for proposal is scheduled to release on or about June 15, 2022. Proposals will be due on or about July 14, 2022. ALL TIMES FOR THIS NOTICE AND SUBSEQUENT NOTICES ARE EASTERN STANDARD TIME. SOLICITATION PROCEDURES: The proposed contract will be a competitive firm-fixed-price contract procured in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation FAR part 15 Contracting by Negotiation and part 36.
