This notice is for informational purposes only and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government. This procurement will be processed pursuant to FAR part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. No solicitation will be issued. All responsible sources who believe they can provide the services listed may submit, in writing to the identified point of contact, a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. Information received will be considered solely for the purposes of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. A determination by the Government to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the Government. Responses are to be received within 3 days of this notice. No telephone calls are being accepted. PSC: DB10 NAICS: 513210 This is a SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. This is NOT a solicitation for proposals or quotes and does not obligate the Government to award a contract. This notice is for informational and planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a solicitation or an obligation or commitment by the Government, nor is it a Request for Proposal (RFQ) at this time. Responses to this Notice must be in writing. The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to conduct market research to determine the capability of United States based commercial manufacturing to provide the end products described below. For an end product to be considered manufactured in the United States, all manufacturing processes must take place in the United States and the cost of components mined, produced, or manufactured in the United States must exceed 60 percent of the cost of all the components. The USDA-ARS, in NorthEast Area, requires Cloud based commercial Maximo Application Suite (MAS 9) Software. Contractor must be Fedramp compliant or show proof on working towards becoming Fedramp complaint for Maximo Application Suite in 2025. Documentation of technical expertise must be presented in sufficient detail for the Government to determine a business entity’s ability to compete for this acquisition. ARS will accept responses from ALL socioeconomic categories in order to gain a more complete understanding of the market for these supplies. Responses to this notice shall include the following: (a) company name; (b) address; (c) point of contact; (d) phone and email address; (e) ueiSAM Number; (f) a technical/capability statement and; (g) any relevant GSA Schedule numbers.
