The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Methods and Application of Food Composition Laboratory: Beltsville, MD., has a requirement for a ORBITRAP ID-X, STD maintenance service plan. The primary objective of issuing this Sources Sought Notice is to seek information from vendors with the capability of providing a ORBITRAP ID-X, STD maintenance service plan. The service plan will be for the currently used Thermo Orbitrap IDX Tribrid Mass Spectrometer laboratory equipment. The service plan will cover all preventive maintenance and repair services for the equipment. The services require a Certified Thermofisher Technician and use of Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts. Thank you.
