NORTH AMERICAN INDUSTRY CLASSIFICATION SYSTEM CODE: (NA235ICS): 236220 SMALL BUSINESS SIZE STANDARD: $19M General Scope: The Eastern Regional Research Center (ERRC), 600 East Mermaid Lane, Wyndmoor, PA requires the replacement of a 400HP dual-fuel, natural gas/oil Kewanee boiler, referred to as Boiler 3, with a nominally sized 250HP boiler rated below 10MBTUH firing natural gas or #2 heating oil. The work includes demolition and removal of the existing boiler, provision and installation of the new boiler, including piping, electrical, exhaust and controls. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supplies, transportation, supervision, testing and incidentals necessary to provide a completely operational, fully automated, boiler integrated with ERRC’s Siemens building automation system (BAS).
