Per FAR 36.204 the estimated magnitude of construction is between $25,000 and $100,000. Provide replacement, repairs, and modifications of electrical distribution equipment and associated conduit and wiring installations along with associated miscellaneous installations in accordance with this Statement of Work to provide fully functional, proper operating electrical installation for condensing units and associated HVAC equipment at Building 307B. The scope of the project shall be, generally, the replacement of existing electrical distribution equipment with new, associated conduit / wiring installations, and miscellaneous installations to provide properly functioning electrical installation for new condensing units and associated HVAC equipment. The electrical equipment replacement and associated modifications / installations shall be in accordance with this Statement of Work and the FAR Solicitation and Contract clauses that are identified in the complete Solicitation package.
