Contractor shall have knowledge of all aspects pertaining to the Statement of Work. Remove, procure, and install a new Steam Pressure Reducing Valve (PRV) Station and Condensate Pump which shall include associated fittings. The Contractor shall restore damaged floors, walls and ceiling system to their original condition affected by the Description of Work and cleanup job site. The existing Steam System shall remain and be reused. There is a mandatory site visit to attend. Please see paragraph L.6. To receive a response, questions must be submitted by 4:00 PM December 21st, 2022. Questions submitted after this until quotes are due may not receive a response.
