Please read the attached Sources Sought Notice and any attachments in their entirety The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Agriculture Research Service (ARS), Animal Biosciences & Biotechnology Laboratory: Beltsville, MD., has a requirement for DNA isolation and 16S/ITS Illumina MiSeq-based sequencing. The primary objective of issuing this Sources Sought Notice is to seek information from vendors with the capability of providing DNA isolation and 16S/ITS Illumina MiSeq-based sequencing. The DNA isolation requirement is specific for the robotic, magnet-based isolation with the Qiagen Mag Attract Power Microbiome DNA/RNA kit. Thank you.
