The primary objective of issuing this Sources Sought Notice is to seek information from vendors with the capability of providing an annual contract for Chiller Maintenance and Repair Services. The chillers operation uses Johnson Controls, METASYS BAS Software and ability to use this system is required for any maintenance/repair of specific chillers.
