The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, supplies, specialized equipment/tools, transportation, and supervision to remove and replace 2 EXISTING HOT HEATERS WITH ASSOCIATED VALVES and TRAPS WITH 2 INSTANANEOUS STEAM WATER HEATERS, VALVES, TRAPS, PIPING AND ASSOCIATES PARTS AT BLDG. #010A MECHANICAL ROOM B2R4 AND OPTIONALLY THE SAME AT BLDG. 001 MECHANICAL ROOM . There is a mandatory site visit to attend. Please see paragraph L.6. All questions pertaining must be submitted in writing to the POC for this solicitation. Responses will be posted on sam.gov. In order to recieve a response, questions must be submitted by 4:00 PM July 21, 2022. Questions sumbitted after this until quotes are due may not receive a response.
