Amendment 0001 - Post Attachment for Lawn Care Services RFI Questions and Answers (6/8/2022) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6 – Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items along with FAR subpart 13.5 – Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items and supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This combined synopsis/solicitation is issued under Request for Quotation (RFQ) number 12305B22Q0082 and incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through FAC 2022-06. The USDA National Center for Cool and Cold Water Aquaculture (NCCCWA) located at 11861 Leetown Road in Kearneysville, WV requires all supervision, qualified labor, insurance, tools, materials, and equipment be provided for complete lawn mowing services to include weekly lawn mowing and trimming/edging, removal of clippings from sidewalks, curbs, and roadways of approximately 5± acres in order to properly maintain the grounds in accordance with commercially accepted practices.
