The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) desires to procure single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) genotyping of 6,144 samples of extracted DNA from Eastern oysters. This genotyping will be completed in an Applied Biosystems Axiom Oyster CV-384HT format genotyping array with Axiom 2.0 reagent kit and GeneTitan MC instrument.
