The awardee shall provide all labor, materials, supplies, specialized equipment/tools, transportation and supervision to renovate labs and office spaces in Bldg. 007 to include the following rooms 004... The awardee shall provide all labor, materials, supplies, specialized equipment/tools, transportation and supervision to renovate labs and office spaces in Bldg. 007 to include the following rooms 004, 024, 024A, 024B, 027, 028, 029, 030, 034, 212, 213, 303, 304, 306, 318, 3rd floor hallway and stair ways. This will require the replacement of fume hoods, cabinets, spilt cooling systems, sink, electrical receptacles, floor tile, repairing windows and painting. Please see site visit requirement information in Paragraph L.6 of the solicitation. All questions regarding this solicitation regarding this solicitation shall be submitted in writing to david.hildebrand@usda.gov. Industry questions shall be submitted no later than Dec 13, 2021. Industry question submitted after that may not be answered. Responses will be posted to sam.gov.
