The primary objective of issuing this Sources Sought Notice is to seek information from vendors with the capability of providing Hitachi service agreement. The service will be a continuation of services provided for the Hitachi HT7700 TEM; SU7000 UHR VP FESEM; and Premium Spares Upgrade.
